The customer is not always right, and its our job as their chosen excavation contractor to work with them getting them from the starting line to the finish of their individual projects.
Challenges with each job are overcome with respect for our clients wishes while being the experience they need that leavens out what getting there takes and may cost them compared to a possible alternative.
It is also our goal that every inspector that walks onto our job site feels we have respect for them and we go the extra mile to maintain a solid professional and reputable relationship with them. We both have a job to do after all.
