Was formed in 1987 by Scott Helm of Arlington Washington.
Scott graduated class of 75 from Snohomish High shcool and immediately went into the construction industries. First as a laborer for a local contractor and soon getting his own contractors license in the late seventy's.
Many ups and downs in the economy have seasoned both the owner and the now 32 year old land Design Company to weather the storms. We are no stranger to struggles and tightening our belts. Brand new expensive PU trucks are not our style, our investments must work for you, so we invest in quality equipment that does just that. Keeping a low overhead is a major key to success and offering lower rates to our clients along the way.
From Its beginnings as a one man, one machine endever, we have growen to be able to tackle just about any job you may have.
